Business Law

Routinely assist with strategy development and complex negotiations.
Corporate Law and Governance
- For public and privately held companies, including general corporate services and advice related to Board activities and corporate governance, the maintenance, updating, and regular care of corporate records, the performance of corporate secretary duties if required, maintaining other corporate formalities for the continued viability of corporate status, filing the necessary documents to obtain the qualification and maintain good standing in the jurisdictions of operation, investment and merger and acquisition assistance and negotiation, and related services.
